This year, the Christ and Culture blog will have monthly themes. Our theme for January is “life.” We want to explore the intersection of faith and the value of human life, addressing topics like abortion, adoption, foster care, IVF, physician-assisted suicide, and more. Here are some sample topics:

  • How should Christians navigate a post-Roe world?
  • How can pastors lead church members to think about end-of-life decisions?
  • Is IVF ethical within a Christian framework?
  • Recommended tips for adoption and foster care.

  • Include a thesis statement and brief paragraph explaining how you plan to develop your article.
  • Let us know if you’re a student or alumnus of Southeastern.
  • Let us know if you closely identify with our expressed views and confessions (or at what points you might diverge).
