✏️ CALL FOR PITCHES

This year, the Christ and Culture blog will have monthly themes. Our theme for December is “the arts.” We want to explore the intersection of faith and various art forms from poetry and music to paintings and sculpture. Here are some sample topics:

  • Why is creativity important?
  • What books and resources speak well to the intersection of faith and art?
  • Where do we see the arts and creative expression in Scripture?
  • What does faithful Christian engagement in various art forms look like?

Want to pitch an 800-word article? Fill out the contact form below or email [email protected].

  • Include a thesis statement and brief paragraph explaining how you plan to develop your article.
  • Let us know if you’re a student or alumnus of Southeastern.
  • Let us know if you closely identify with our expressed views and confessions (or at what points you might diverge).
  • The deadline for pitches is Friday, Nov. 22, 2024.
