About

Connect Your Faith with the Rest of Your Life

The L. Russ Bush Center for Faith and Culture seeks to engage culture as salt and light, presenting the Christian faith and demonstrating its implications for all areas of human existence.

You can't put faith in a box.

The L. Russ Bush Center for Faith and Culture (CFC) equips students to connect their faith with every part of their lives. We address the “hot-button” issues facing the Church and the world with biblical conviction, principled civility, and faithfulness to Jesus Christ.

We seek to engage culture as salt and light, presenting the Christian faith and demonstrating its implications for all areas of human existence.

Our Mission

To prepare students for ministering in a dynamically changing culture, and to be a resource for those currently ministering in the church and world today.

What do we do?

We engage the intersection of faith and culture, science, work, the public square, and more.

How?

We are a venue in which the great issues of the day are addressed from Christ-centered perspective; issues such as human sexuality, bioethics, virtue formation, human flourishing, music and film. The list is as broad as culture itself.

Why does it exist?

We embody the life and ministry of our founder, Dr. L. Russ Bush (1944-2008). The CFC is the materialization of his vision to connect theology with culture to make the gospel known.
